Lowcountry Farm & Rescue is on a mission to create a sanctuary where rescued animals find healing, and individuals with special needs discover their strength, capabilities, and the joy of connection. Programs That Transform

Our journey began with a simple idea: to bring together two often marginalized communities—rescued animals and individuals with special needs—in a place of acceptance, growth, and enrichment. Over the years, our programs have evolved to reflect the diverse needs and aspirations of those we serve:
